Shipping & Refund Policy

Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Shipping times depends on your location and may take 7-10 days for you to receive your order. Sometimes there are circumstances out of our control (e.g. supply chain shortfalls). When this occurs, we will notify you, and we will post a message in our online store. Shortfalls may also require we substitute another brand for the product listed.

We charge a flat shipping rate. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

We ship nationwide in the U.S. using USPS.

Cancellations 

We begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery. Please note that certain information cannot be modified after processing. Within 06 hours of placing your order, please reach us via our Contact Form if you need to change any order details so that we can assist in making possible changes.

  • You may change the product variant and/or shipping address. If the new product variant or shipping address increases the value of the original order, an additional payment will be required; if we don't receive your payment confirmation within 48 hours, we will process the order following the original information. If your order update request decreases the value of the original order, the pricing difference will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel some products, your order may no longer be eligible for the promotion.

If you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for the payment fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable.

Cancellation beyond 06 hours after placing an order is not allowed. Suppose we receive any inaccurate or incomplete information, such as an incorrect or insufficient address, which hinders us from processing and delivering your order. In that case, we will inform you through your registered email address. If we do not receive a response from you within the specified time frame, we may cancel the order and refund the remaining amount (if any) after deducting all the incurred costs of processing and shipping the product(s), depending on the order's current status.

Order Never Arrived 

Please check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct shipping address.

  1. Incorrect Address
    We'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost by placing a new order.
  2. Correct Address
    If your address is correct and your package is lost in the mail, please contact USPS. If USPS is unable to locate the package, get in touch with our Support Team at contact@invenchi.com within 3 weeks of the expected delivery date. Let us know your order number and we'll take care of you!

Please Note:

If tracking information states your order was delivered to the correct address but you did not receive it, you will need to contact USPS directly to resolve.

Exchange Policy

All of our items are printed to order, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. We do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you return the original item for refund, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Then purchase the item you want as a new transaction. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Replacement or refund conditions (if applicable):

  • Your order will be considered undelivered if it does not arrive within 45 to 60 business days from the date of purchase for standard shipping.
  • Your order has an issue with inadequate quality. Please be aware that any quality-related claims must be made within 14 days of the date indicated on the tracking information for the package.

To assist us in resolving product-related issues promptly, the complaint should be accompanied by complete and clear proof, as specified below:

  • An unboxing video when you receive the package
  • Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;
  • Photo(s) of the incorrect item received (in case the item delivered is wrong in terms of color/design/size compared to the order confirmation);
  • Photo(s) of the size label and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case the size is inconsistent with measurements stipulated in the size chart);
  • Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

After we confirm through email that you are qualified for a refund or replacement, we will process your refund/replacement within 07 business days of confirmation.

  • You should receive the tracking number for your replacement product(s) within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
  • You should receive your refund within 3-5 business days of confirmation. Kindly note that your payment provider determines when your refund will be credited to your payment account.

For DTG (direct to garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us via this Contact Form within 14 days of order delivery to explain your grievance. Our customer service department will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
  • Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.
  • the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.  

Too Small or Too Big

It is very important you order the right size - reshipments/refunds will not be given for buyer error or remorse.

Sales Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

Received a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
Reach out to our support team with clear photo showing the issue within 14 days of the shipment being delivered for a replacement of that item. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase we will not be able to offer you a replacement item. 

Once the photos of your item(s) issue are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your reshipment. Then, we will send you an email to notify you that a reshipment has been processed and the replacement is on its way. 

Please do not send your purchase back without talking to the Invenchi support team.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued after returned items have been received and inspected. If there is an issue with the return that could affect any potential refund, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. The refund amount will include the original purchase and shipping price.

If you haven’t received a refund yet after receiving confirmation from our team, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (5-10 business days, depending on your banking institution).

Disclaimer

You must provide all information and/or documentation related to your order(s) placed in our store upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if fraudulent activity is detected or to refuse support if you do not sufficiently provide complete or accurate information and documents by our refund policy.

We will not be liable for any loss or shipment delivery failure caused by the recipient's absence, an incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery.

We will not accept responsibility for any claim resulting from user error, such as wrong size, design, or color selection.

Bulky and oversized product packaging must meet the carrier's standard criteria. When the products are packaged and folded, they may develop creases. Please note that this is not a product flaw. Spread the product flat for 3-5 days to prevent wrinkles and creases.
